You can go through pregnancy and still have sex!

Who said that it was harmful to your unborn child to enjoy intercourse with your partner?

I must admit that you can sometimes feel uncomfortable and not always happy to want to make love, but there are many safe and wonderful things that you and your partner can share together to make your love life still blossom.
As you further through your pregnancy all kinds of crazy things happen to your body and so it's going to be a lot more difficult to perform sexual positions that you and your partner may be used to, so here are just a few to help you through:

Spoon a great way to be close to your partner. This is where you both are on your side in a curved position, where the man enters from behind. Just like cuddling.

Side by side is where the woman lays on here back and her partner on his side, she places her legs over his and again he enters from behind. Your faces can be touching from this position.

Woman on top a great one for near the end of your pregnancy. The woman can control the depth and feel comfortable. (Just careful not to penetrate too deep as it could become uncomfortable)

Edge of the bed this is where the woman lays on her back and has her legs off the side of the bed, the man can then either kneel or stand and enter the woman from different angles.

An Alcohol free pregnancy is a must!

In the months leading up to pregnancy it is best to reduce or stop your consumption of alcohol as this does reduce your chance of conceiving.
When you find that you have fallen pregnant it is best to stop consuming alcohol all together. Alcohol that you do drink while pregnant will be affecting your child as much as it affects you. The alcohol will reach your unborn child in a matter of minutes and will have the the same blood alcohol levels as you.
Alcohol can be very damaging to your unborn baby the whole way through you pregnancy- same as it would be if you didn't know that you were. It's been said that doctors are unsure of the risks that alcohol has on an unborn child, so it would be wise to avoid any type of alcohol during the nine months.

Yeah, yeah, yeah we have heard it all before, but just answer this...

Would you let your 1 year old run around with a bottle of bourbon and allow them to drink it?

No. This is why we have laws to prevent our children and teenagers from purchasing such things. So please take care of your unborn babies and yourself, so that they grow up healthy and strong.
